Is Axion 4TQ a business process mapping software?

Yes. 4TQ is ideal for process mapping. The 'as is' process map can be quickly developed and all the associated information such as process descriptions, improvement opportunities and associated documents and analysis can be include d with the process map. This simplifies and cuts down the time to analyze the process and develop the
'to be' process map.

What comes in the standard package - what are the extras?

4TQFlow, 4TQExplorer, 4TQScribe, 4TQCoach form the basic package. Extra applications include 4TQLink, 4TQAction Records, 4TQPolicy.

We use Microsoft Office - will 4TQ work within our software standard operating environment?

4TQ products are compatible with Windows operating systems. Windows ME, XP, NT4 or 2000 SP2 or higher are recommended. 4TQ is also compatible with Office 97 and higher and prefers Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.

Can 4TQ tell us when our scheduled process audits are due?

Yes. The Review Scheduler capability in 4TQFlow automates the audit process by scheduling audits based on process criticality and stability.

How will 4TQ help us? - we need a gap analysis for the new system.

A gap analysis can be carried out using the framework in 4TQExplorer. 4TQ is also designed to aid the documentation of your processes - both 'as is' and 'to be' process maps - and the ease with which changes can be made is of great assistance to you in implementing and managing your systems. 4TQ provides smoother transition from the 'as is' to the 'to be' for both people and processes quickly and easily.

Can the web page open up a process form for us to use?

Process forms can be opened directly from the web page which means easy access from the one location.

We have business key performance indicators (KPI's) that we want to measure at critical process points. Can 4TQFlow measure these for us?

4TQFlow creates a link to 4TQLink, the process measurement application, where key performance indicator data can be entered and analyzed.

We have to have complete revision control - does 4TQ provide revision control?

4TQFlow provides document protection, revision control and automatic archiving of superseded documents through the Amendment Record utility.
